Introducing TopoONE Incidents
Physical security incidents encompass everything from trespassing to catastrophic natural disasters. Each organization has a unique approach, different team members involved, various regulatory and compliance drivers, and other factors that require a flexible solution.
We’ve responded to this need by introducing TopoONE Incidents, a fully integrated incident management system within the TopoONE platform. We designed this solution to empower corporate security teams and their colleagues in different departments to manage physical security incidents however they prefer.
Our goal is to provide the most flexible and scalable solution for physical security incidents available in the market. TopoONE Incidents streamlines and ensures consistency in all phases of incident management. This includes automated intake of details from threat alerts and other sources, customer-configurable workflows, tasks and checklists, and time-stamped tracking of all actions and information updates.
The highly adaptable system provides comprehensive support for physical security incidents as complex criminal investigations, as simple as vandalism, and everything in between. We give our customers the ability to control all aspects of incident management, including intake channels, workflows, processes, user permissions, and more.
TopoONE Incidents is tightly integrated with our common operating picture, providing security professionals with a common user interface, common workflow, integrated dashboard, and reporting. The result is a simple yet sophisticated application tailored to the needs of each customer. TopoONE incidents can be used as an integral component of the critical event management platform or as a stand-alone system.
TopoONE Incidents is scheduled for general availability in Q4 2021. We will unveil it at GSX 2021, and we invite you to see it first at booth #327.
